- Who: Weston, running a shop called "Mysterious Vendor"
- Where: Astra, Chill Street — marked by a yellow merchant icon on the map
- Unlock: advance the main story to "Journey to Bloomville"; once unlocked you can select him on the map and fast-travel directly
How to check his stock
Two ways, no need to walk there every day:
- Events menu (F2) — shows today's stock and a "track NPC" button
- Cash Shop → Corner Shop tab
Daily reset & stock size
- Stock rotates daily (about 34–35 items across two tabs)
- Aniimo Items tab: ~25 items
- Mysterious Vendor tab: 10 items (the rare ones)
- Spawn time: none — there's no "he appears at X o'clock" mechanic; he's a permanent NPC once unlocked
