Source levels: A = official game data (client / in-game help). B = structured secondary guides (Mobalytics), not yet confirmed in-game. Provisional = expected from the current season schedule, not yet confirmed by an official source. Glacy and Pawney are the two Pact Prismana whose wild region isn't listed in official game data — the regions above are from Mobalytics and should be treated as unverified. The event schedule is from the official v1.1 announcement (Melloblum/Waleetle) plus structured guides (Glynsera/Inferlupa/Encore).
Count note: this table lists 18 Prismana — 14 regional (Pact / Flow) plus 4 Vein Abundance event forms. Some community threads cite a different total ("27 Prismana"); that count is unverified and can't be reconciled against official game data, so it isn't repeated here.
